For a long time, my life appeared fine on the outside — but inside, something felt misaligned. I was responsible, capable, and fulfilling expectations, yet beneath the surface, I carried a quiet heaviness I couldn’t quite name. Despite changes in jobs, location, or relationships, that weight persisted. It wasn’t until a health scare call in 2024 that I finally paused my drift and began my journey of personal growth, looking inward with honesty and intention. What started as a commitment to my physical health quickly evolved into a deeper exploration of self-acceptance and transformation coaching.

As I rebuilt my health through consistent effort, discipline, and learning, I began to notice something unexpected: the most meaningful changes weren’t happening in my body — they were happening in how I related to myself. This journey of personal growth led me to immerse myself in understanding mindset, emotional regulation, and the neuroscience behind why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. Through this transformative process, I came to realize that the real 'weight' I had been carrying for decades wasn’t physical at all. It was self-rejection. Old beliefs formed early in life created stories I didn’t even realize were shaping my choices and limiting how fully I lived. When I finally turned toward those parts of myself — instead of pushing them away — something shifted. Accepting and integrating what I had once rejected felt like dropping a heavy, wet wool blanket I had carried for years without realizing it. That moment of self-acceptance and liberation changed everything.

What I discovered through my own journey is this: Transformation coaching isn’t about fixing yourself, nor is it about erasing your past. True transformation occurs when you remember who you are — your values, your essence, your inner compass — and from that grounded place, you consciously reinvent who you can be. You can honor where you’ve been and still choose what’s next. You can fully embrace self-acceptance while still desiring personal growth. That integration — between self-acceptance and self-evolution — is where lasting change thrives.

As I experienced this personal growth and freedom for myself, a clear question emerged: What if others didn’t have to navigate this journey alone? Not everyone has the time or space to dive deeply into learning and self-inquiry the way I did, and no one should have to carry old emotional weight in isolation. This realization led me to formal training in transformation coaching, informed by neuroscience, and ultimately to the creation of True North Transformation™.

Today, I work with individuals who feel held back by something they can’t quite name — those who sense there is more to their personal growth and how they want to live, but aren’t sure how to access it.
My transformation coaching is:
Grounded and compassionate
Client-led and non-judgmental
Focused on awareness, integration, and aligned action
I don’t tell you who to be.
I don’t give you a script for your life.
Instead, I support your journey towards self-acceptance — serving as a compass that helps you orient within yourself, understand what’s been shaping your direction, and choose your next steps with clarity and intention.

Your True North isn’t something you need to find outside yourself. It’s already within you — sometimes buried beneath old narratives, habits, or self-doubt. My role as a transformation coach is to help you uncover it, trust it, and move forward in alignment with who you truly are and who you’re becoming. This journey is about personal growth and self-acceptance, allowing you to rediscover your essence. If this resonates, I invite you to begin with a simple conversation. You’re not starting over; you’re remembering who you really are so you can reinvent who you can be.
