My Coaching Approach

Find your direction. Learn to trust yourself again.

True North Transformation Coaching is for people who feel capable on the outside, yet quietly disconnected on the inside.

You may be functioning, achieving, and meeting expectations—yet something feels off. Decisions feel heavier than they used to. You second-guess yourself. You sense there’s a deeper alignment available, but you’re not sure how to access it without more noise, pressure, or performance.

This coaching is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own inner compass—so clarity comes from within, not from trying harder or seeking external validation.

A different way of working—by design

True North Transformation is built primarily as reflective, asynchronous (also known as call free) coaching, supported by intentional live connection.

Rather than relying solely on live calls that can feel rushed or overwhelming, this approach creates space for insight to emerge naturally. You are invited to reflect, write, and notice—while receiving thoughtful, attuned coaching responses that meet you where you are.

This is not hands-off coaching. It is deeply present coaching—just delivered in a way that honors your nervous system, your pace, and your inner wisdom.

How the coaching works

1. Orientation & Grounding (Live)

We begin with a 60-minute live session to:

  • establish trust and relational safety
  • clarify what you want to orient toward
  • introduce the True North framework and language
  • ensure we are well-matched for this work

Think of this as meeting at the trailhead before we begin the journey.

2. Ongoing Asynchronous Coaching (Core of the Work)

For the duration of our work together, coaching happens primarily through weekly reflective exchanges.

Each week you will:

  • receive a reflective prompt or inquiry
  • respond in writing (or voice note, if preferred)
  • receive a thoughtful coaching response within an agreed response window

My responses are not quick reactions. They are considered, intentional, and grounded in what you’ve shared—designed to help you notice patterns, deepen awareness, and strengthen self-trust.

Additionally you’ll have a written record of your insights, questions, and growth that you can return to again and again.

3. Monthly Anchor Sessions (Live)

Once per month (or more depending on the chosen coaching package), we meet live for 45–60 minutes to:

  • integrate what’s emerging
  • recalibrate direction if needed
  • address moments of transition or uncertainty
  • reconnect human-to-human

These sessions are purposeful—not performative—and are used when live connection adds the most value.

What this coaching approach supports

Clients often come to this work when they want to:

  • trust themselves again
  • make aligned decisions without overthinking
  • stop living in reaction mode
  • reconnect with their values and inner guidance
  • move forward with calm confidence
  • feel at home in their choices

This is not about fixing you. It’s about remembering how to listen to yourself.

Who this is for

True North Transformation Coaching is a good fit if you:

  • value depth over speed
  • reflect well through writing or thoughtful pauses
  • want space to integrate, not just insight
  • are willing to look inward with honesty and care
  • want coaching that feels grounding rather than pressuring

This work may not be a fit if you’re looking for quick advice, constant availability, or someone to tell you what to do.

Why timing matters in transformation

Most insight and change doesn’t happen during scheduled sessions. It happens in the moments in between—when a realization surfaces, a decision feels heavy, or an old pattern shows up unexpectedly.

In traditional coaching, those moments often have to wait. Insight arises, but support is delayed until the next call. Momentum fades, and familiar habits quietly take over again.

True North Transformation's asynchronous coaching approach is designed to meet you closer to the moment that matters.

Through reflective, asynchronous coaching, you’re able to reach out when something feels alive—when awareness is present and choice is possible. Coaching meets you in real time, helping you slow down, orient inward, and respond with intention rather than default reaction.

This is where transformation deepens: not by talking about change later, but by practicing alignment as it’s happening.

How to understand this coaching model

Many people assume coaching must happen primarily through live sessions. True North Transformation takes a different approach—intentionally.

Rather than placing all of our work into scheduled calls, this model centers reflective, asynchronous coaching as the foundation. This allows you time to process, notice, and respond honestly—while receiving thoughtful, attuned coaching support.

Live sessions are used strategically: to ground the relationship, integrate what’s emerging, and support moments where real-time connection adds the most value.

This combination creates a balance of depth and humanity—so you are never rushed, yet never alone in the work.

An invitation

If something in you is tired of pushing—and ready to orient toward what feels true—this may be your next step.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to listen.

Your True North is already there. This work helps you learn how to follow it.
